Fluffiness!

Well some people say "you ain't fat, you just fluffy!" well these days I seem to be REALLY fluffy. I have had some difficulty since my surgery---there has been a definite increase in fluff!! Hunger so intense! it is awful! Never have i felt so out of control!! Due to my increase in "fluff" i now am dealing with some health problems also. So I am trying to decrease the fluff. I am trying to put the reigns on!! OH! so I am going to use my blog for that (a little).
Yesterday, I seemed to do pretty good I don't feel like i overate. i am going to start writing it down so i can blog it. I'm sure it will be an interesting blog! ha.....
my health problems seem to be little better, so maybe i can start my exercising again. Especially walking.
WEll my rambling today is about over, maybe tomorrow i will be more inspired. so everyone read so i can get plenty of advice.......
