Smile

Today I would like to vent a little about selfishness. I do not understand people that are selfish, people that think of only themselves and the many things that they can aquire if they just hold onto everything a little tighter. You know i have found that if you hold something, say for instance play doh, in your hand and squeeze, before long it squeezes right through your fingers and falls to the ground. That's the way it is with other things as well. I feel like we were put on this earth not to only help ourselves, but others. If we see others in need and we do not do our best to help them we are a sad, selfish people. There is so much joy in helping others! Knowing that you have helped lift someone's load. I pray that I can be a help to others while on this earth, pick someone up who is down. Lend a hand to your fellow man! A little compassion and kindness goes a long way. Smile at someone today!
